Be low maintenance

Be low maintenance – it’s not all about you. Everyone has a job to do and when it comes to putting on a show there is no hierarchy. The musicians, techs, caterers, dressers, front of house... everyone plays a vital role in creating a great show. Be prepared and as low maintenance as possible. Don’t create issues or extra work. Come in, do your job and go. Really, no one has the time or energy to deal with your diva crap.
