What is charisma?

In Cabaret Secrets I talk a lot about the X factor. What it is and how we can get it. After many conversations and a lot of thought I came to the conclusion the X factor is a way of describing charisma. It's having a likability that draws people to you, some special energy that means you can stand on stage for an hour and people still want to hear what you have to say. Today on BBC Radio 4 I heard a fascinating programme called 'Charisma - Pinning Down the Butterfly'.
