At The Movies Live On Stage

Gary Williams celebrates Hollywood with a brand new show to accompany his album: At The Movies.

“For as long as any of us can remember, Hollywood has provided the soundtrack of our lives,” says Gary who says he's been working on this show for over ten years since performing the MGM movie classics with the John Wilson Orchestra in 2007.

The show's a technicolour celebration of the silver screen, packed with memorable movie moments. It promises something everyone with songs from Saturday Night Fever, Singing in the Rain, James Bond, Breakfast At Tiffany's, Toy Story, Austin Powers, Rio, The Talented Mr Ripley, 101 Dalmatians, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, to name just a few.

The show includes the Academy Award winning song Born Free, with lyrics by Don Black who said of Gary, “In a world of Pop Idol mediocrity Gary Williams shines like a dazzling beacon.”

“There are times when only good old-fashioned escapism will do, and this selection of movie tunes, sung with Sinatra-esque flair, will transport you down memory lane and get your serotonin levels soaring.” London Evening Standard

“His style is somewhere between Michael Bublé and Frank Sinatra, but with his own inimitable twist… He has such a beautiful voice – just like black velvet…” Musical Theatre Review
